Do I have to create an account to purchase items?
No. You don't have to create an account, however, you will be asked to provide sufficient information in order that your purchase is delivered to the proper address. If you don't create an account, you may miss notification of any promotional prices or offers when they become available.
Does MuggedByGeorge offer discounts for larger orders?
Yes. MuggedByGeorge will be most happy to discuss discounts for medium to large orders, or orders associated with groups where multiple mugs are ordered. Please call 916-692-1721 for further information.
Will my credit card information be stored, or kept, on your system after I make my purchase?
No. Rest assured that your Credit Card information is only used for processing payment and under no circumstances is your CC information retained on our system.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
Payment processing is provided through the PayPal merchant servers which utilize the highest level of encryption protection available. In addition, our website is protected by an industry level firewall and malware scanner.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After an order is received it will be inspected to ensure that everything we need is provided to expedite your order processing. We will then provide you an order confirmation email, and once your order is completed you will be emailed again with a shipping tracking number.
What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Delivery charges are calculated in real-time by the shipping carrier that you choose at checkout.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery time for anything less than a case will typically ship in 1 to 2 days. Larger orders will depend on the number of cases; please contact us to inquire about the estimate ship date.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
You will receive an invoice for your order by email once the order has been checked for completeness, and payment has been processed.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We use PayPal for credit card processing, and in addition to PayPal accounts they accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
